Update checklist task

Mark one manual checklist task complete, or reopen it, exactly as the buyer would tick it in their workspace. Use a task id from get_transaction_context whose canToggle is true and isCustom is false; custom tasks use update_transaction_custom_task. Record only what the buyer told you they did. Refused for tasks that complete from the recorded workflow, for escrow, earnest-money, and closing-funds steps, which the buyer confirms through prepare_purchase_step_confirmation and confirm_purchase_step, and for steps tied to a contract date or legal step (proof of funds, lender update, title report, closing statement, closing signature), which go through prepare_transaction_step_confirmation and confirm_transaction_step. This changes Ohvii checklist state only and never books, files, contacts, pays, or proves anything outside Ohvii. Reuse mutationId only for an exact retry.
