Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, account details, support requests, property addresses, listing links, offer terms, signatures, uploaded documents, signed offer packets, and Ask Anything messages. We may also collect information created while you use the service, including email tracking aliases, message bodies, headers, recipients, attachments, delivery events, replies, and document extraction results.
Information from the app and other sources
We may collect listing facts, photos, comparable sale details, public or third-party agent contact information, C.A.R. REALTOR database matches, device and browser details, usage events, authentication events, logs, and error diagnostics. Transaction participants may also send replies or attachments to a Ohvii tracking address, which can add information to your offer workspace.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate accounts, respond to inquiries, import listing information, prepare offer workflows and documents, save signed packets, route and track offer emails, surface deadlines, support AI-assisted document extraction and draft recommendations, debug errors, prevent misuse, improve product quality, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you.
Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers to host, secure, monitor, and run the product. These may include Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI for AI-assisted chat, drafting, and document extraction; Resend for email sending, receiving, and delivery events; Sentry for error and performance monitoring; and listing or agent-data providers when you ask us to import a listing. These providers process information for us so we can provide the service.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers, transaction participants you direct us to contact, brokers, escrow or title providers, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, government or regulatory authorities, and others when needed to provide the service, complete a transaction, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use uploaded transaction documents to build or sell advertising profiles.
Email tracking and documents
If you send, approve, copy, or receive messages through Ohvii email tracking aliases, we may store the related message bodies, headers, recipients, attachments, delivery events, replies, and document extraction results. This lets the dashboard show offer activity, preserve the thread, flag deadlines, and prepare draft responses for your approval.
Cookies and browser storage
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, debugging, and basic product operation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the app today.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. To make a privacy request, email privacy@ohvii.com and describe the request you want to make. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Children
Ohvii is intended for adults using real estate transaction tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
