Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, account details, support requests, property addresses, listing links, offer terms, signatures, uploaded documents, signed offer packets, and Ask Anything messages. We may also collect information created while you use the service, including email tracking aliases, message bodies, headers, recipients, attachments, delivery events, replies, and document extraction results.
Information from the app and other sources
We may collect listing facts, photos, comparable sale details, public or third-party agent contact information, C.A.R. REALTOR database matches, device and browser details, usage events, authentication events, logs, and error diagnostics. Transaction participants may also send replies or attachments to a Ohvii tracking address, which can add information to your offer workspace.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, authenticate accounts, respond to inquiries, import listing information, prepare offer workflows and documents, save signed packets, route and track offer emails, surface deadlines, support AI-assisted document extraction and draft recommendations, debug errors, prevent misuse, improve product quality, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you.
Service providers and AI processing
We use service providers to host, secure, monitor, and run the product. These may include Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, and storage; OpenAI for AI-assisted chat, drafting, and document extraction; Resend for email sending, receiving, and delivery events; Sentry for error and performance monitoring; and listing or agent-data providers when you ask us to import a listing. These providers process information for us so we can provide the service.
How we share information
We may share information with service providers, transaction participants you direct us to contact, brokers, escrow or title providers, lenders (including our loan partner Loan Factory, Inc. when you request pre-approval), inspectors, attorneys, government or regulatory authorities, and others when needed to provide the service, complete a transaction, or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use uploaded transaction documents to build or sell advertising profiles.
Loan pre-approval and loan officer contact
If you choose “Need pre-approval” while building an offer and check the consent box, we share your name, email, phone, property address, and offer amount with Loan Factory, Inc. (NMLS #320841) and our licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #1798012) so a loan officer can contact you about financing. By checking that box you agree that they may call or text you at the number you provide, including by automated means. This consent is not required to use Ohvii, submit an offer, or obtain a loan, and you may use any lender you choose. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling the loan officer to stop contacting you, or emailing info@ohvii.com. We keep pre-approval lead records for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Email tracking and documents
If you send, approve, copy, or receive messages through Ohvii email tracking aliases, we may store the related message bodies, headers, recipients, attachments, delivery events, replies, and document extraction results. This lets the dashboard show offer activity, preserve the thread, flag deadlines, and prepare draft responses for your approval.
Cookies and browser storage
We and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, security, preferences, debugging, and basic product operation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the app today.
Browser extension and mobile app
The Ohvii browser extension runs only on supported listing sites and checks the web address of the page you are viewing, on your device, to decide whether to show its offer-preparation panel. It does not read page content, transmit URLs in the background, or track browsing across sites. Before anything is sent, the panel explains that choosing “Continue with this listing” sends that listing's web address to Ohvii so the requested offer flow can open with the home preloaded. We use that link only to provide and operate this user-requested feature; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it except with service providers needed to operate Ohvii or as otherwise described in this policy. The Ohvii iOS app works the same way: when you share a listing to Ohvii, the link is used to open the offer flow, and the most recently shared link may be kept on your device only (for up to 24 hours) so you can pick up where you left off. No information reaches our servers until you choose to open the offer flow, which is the Ohvii website and is covered by this policy.
California privacy rights
California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. To make a privacy request, email info@ohvii.com and describe the request you want to make. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Retention and security
While your account is active, we keep information as needed to provide and secure the service. If you delete your account, we delete your profile, offer workspace, uploaded files, notification channels, and Firebase Authentication account. We retain only executed signing evidence (the executed PDF, canonical audit JSON, audit PDF, and the server-only signing transaction metadata needed to verify them) for 5 years from signing under Ohvii's evidence and dispute-readiness policy. This is a product retention policy pending counsel review, not a claim that you or Ohvii are subject to broker recordkeeping duties. After the applicable period, retained evidence is eligible for deletion, subject to a legal hold or a longer period required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Children
Ohvii is intended for adults using real estate transaction tools. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The posted policy shows the latest update date, and the updated version applies after it is posted unless a different effective date is stated. Questions can be sent to info@ohvii.com.
