How does Ohvii work with my AI?
Connect a compatible AI app to your Ohvii account and choose its permissions. Your AI can use Ohvii for property research, offer preparation, and transaction work. You review the decisions, sign documents on Ohvii, and approve delivery.
What’s included?
Property research, comparable sales, offer documents, signing, delivery, and transaction tracking. You can create two new offers per account, per day. The allowance counts the last 24 hours, so each new offer frees up a day after it was created. Counters, addendums, and resends on the same property do not count toward it.
What costs are separate?
Your AI provider’s subscription or usage charges and ordinary homebuying costs, such as inspections, financing, escrow, and title, are separate.
