update_buyer_visual_inspection_draft

Record walkthrough observations

Record what the buyer actually saw on their walkthrough, in their words, into the visual inspection draft: per room, nothing_to_report, observed (with the observations restated in full for that room), inaccessible, or not_applicable, plus the date, time, weather, who was present, and the room counts and layout confirmation. Only the buyer's own observations belong here, never a seller's or inspector's, and never anything they did not tell you. The signed disclosure is built from this draft on Ohvii through get_signing_ceremony_handoff (buyer_visual_inspection); nothing is signed or sent here. A walkthrough holds at most 60 rooms with 20 observations each, and each observation runs up to 2,000 characters; once signed it can no longer change. Bind draftId to the draft you last read.
