Revise repair request

Revise an unsigned Request for Repairs the buyer changed their mind about, exactly as the repair editor's save does: pass the complete new item list (it replaces every item), plus optional notes, price reduction, and response deadline; omit supportingDocumentIds to keep the attached documents or pass a list to replace them. Restate the new items and call this only after the buyer confirms the wording. draft_repair_request's limits and wording rule apply (40 items, 2,000 characters per item and for the notes, 20 documents). Ohvii re-renders the same request number and the draft stays ready for review on the returned ceremonyUrl. Only while the draft is unsigned (pending review or after a failed signing); a signed or sent request needs a fresh round instead. Reuse mutationId only for an exact retry. Nothing is signed or sent here.
