render_buyer_action_review
Review an action
Render exact recipients, message, attachments, terms or facts from an existing prepared action ID. The buyer can explicitly confirm through the original authorized operation; never supply model-authored display facts. A text-only client (a terminal) draws no card: put the exact recipients, subject, message, attachments or terms from the result in your reply and take the buyer's confirmation in the conversation. Show only one focused card per assistant turn; do not call another render tool in parallel. Use structured reads to summarize the other information.
