refresh_offer_draft_listing

Recheck listing

Recheck the listing behind a saved home or offer draft from its retained source, exactly as the saved-home page's recheck does. Ohvii re-imports the listing, compares it with the saved values, and records one immutable reconciliation: no_change verifies the saved values; pending or blocked returns the differences (status, price, listing agent, comps, agent claim details) for the buyer to decide with decide_listing_reconciliation; a paused workspace explains itself. Nothing is changed on the draft until the buyer decides. Rate limited per buyer; refused when the saved home has no refreshable source.
