Prepare acceptance-date confirmation
Prepare confirmation of the date the seller accepted the buyer's offer, as a calendar date in the property's timezone. Returns exactly what confirming will do (start the contract timeline, correct an existing date, or nothing), the current status, any acceptance Ohvii detected from listing-agent email, and derivedDeadlines: every contract deadline the confirmation will derive from the accepted terms and this date, in due order. Show the effect and those deadlines to the buyer in this conversation, so they can check them against the executed set, and ask them. Use this only when the buyer tells you the seller accepted; never infer acceptance from a message or document. Changing an already-confirmed date requires correction: true and the buyer's explicit request. Nothing changes until confirm_ratification.
