Prepare possession confirmation

Prepare recording that the buyer took possession and received the keys, at the time they state, on a transaction already recorded as closed. Returns the closing's recordation time, the current possession status, and what confirming records. effectiveAt cannot be in the future, details run up to 1,000 characters, and wording that claims broker, agent, or attorney status, names Gmail, Outlook, or legal advice, promises an outcome, or speaks as the buyer is refused (a buyer's agent may be named only to say there is none). Show it to the buyer and ask them. Nothing changes until confirm_possession.
