Prepare seller counter confirmation
Prepare the buyer's confirmation that a counter Ohvii extracted from a PDF the listing side sent says what Ohvii read. Returns the extracted terms in the same delimited, buyer-safe shape as list_transaction_counters, bound to a digest of exactly those terms. Show the terms to the buyer and ask whether that is the seller's counter. Only a completed PDF received on the verified listing-side thread qualifies, and only while the offer is submitted or negotiating. Nothing changes until confirm_counter_candidate.
