Prepare extension agreement confirmation

Prepare confirmation that the seller agreed to a contingency extension the buyer already signed and sent. A sent request never moves the deadline by itself; the buyer confirms the seller's agreement against the exact listing-side reply (and its stored attachment when that is the evidence). Returns the current and proposed deadlines and what confirming does. Show that to the buyer and ask them. Nothing changes until confirm_contingency_extension_agreement.
