Prepare contact email confirmation

Prepare the buyer's confirmation of an email their AI saved: the listing agent's (party listing_agent), a transaction contact's (party contact with its contactId), or the co-buyer's (party co_buyer). Such an address earns no trust on inbound mail until the buyer confirms it, so mail from it is never the listing side or a known contact and wire instructions from it carry the fraud warning. Returns the exact name, email and role: show them to the buyer letter for letter and ask whether that address is right. Refused when the email is not awaiting confirmation (the buyer saved it on Ohvii, it came with the listing, or it was already confirmed). Nothing changes until confirm_contact_verification.
