Prepare closing confirmation
Prepare recording that the purchase actually closed, from the buyer's own statement of when recordation happened and how they know (for example escrow called, or the recorded deed arrived), plus the possession status they report (confirmed with keys, scheduled for a date, seller occupancy, or not yet). Ohvii never infers closing from the planned close date, from signing, or from funding. If the buyer gave only a date, ask for the actual recordation time and timezone; never invent a time. The evidence summary runs up to 500 characters and possession details up to 1,000. Wording that claims broker, agent, or attorney status, names Gmail, Outlook, or legal advice, promises an outcome, or speaks as the buyer is refused (a buyer's agent may be named only to say there is none). Returns exactly what confirming records. Show it to the buyer and ask them. Nothing changes until confirm_closing.
