Mark replies read

Mark listing-agent replies on a saved home as read after the buyer has seen them, exactly as opening the thread on Ohvii would. Read state exists for saved-home replies; a signed offer's unread count clears when the buyer responds, so this is refused there. This never replies, forwards, or changes a message.
