manage_home_visit

Update an open house or visit

Keep an open house or private showing with an already-saved home. record_schedule stores a verified matching listing's published time/source without calendar access or redundant buyer confirmation; a private showing stays tentative until the listing side confirms. Read list_home_visits first, use visitId for changes/cancellations, preserve kind, and bind expectedRevision (0 for new) with a fresh UUID mutationId. Same home/type/start deduplicates across providers; changed times retain the visit ID, attendance and calendar references. set_attendance records only the buyer's stated plan or report, never assumes attendance from the clock. record_calendar_result requires an actual host event receipt; it neither creates nor cancels an external event, and a visit keeps at most 10 calendar references. After schedule changes, update the real host event before reporting it current. During the visit or afterward, read the current note for context and use update_transaction_private_note with mode append and only the new impressions, preserving prior and concurrent notes; no visit completion is needed. These operations never start an offer or complete a visual-inspection disclosure.
