List transaction activity
List the bounded buyer-visible transaction activity timeline, newest first. Keep the returned latestCursor and pass it back as `after` to read only what happened since, for example when resuming a conversation; if the response says truncated, more happened than the window holds, so re-read context, messages, and documents instead of assuming you saw everything. Only allowlisted product events and fixed summaries are returned; raw event labels, actor identities, provider payloads, source record IDs, storage paths, prompts, and tokens remain private. This tool cannot change transaction state.
