List transaction email drafts

List bounded buyer-visible communication drafts for a transaction, ended ones included, so they can be reviewed inside the agent platform. Recipient and draft text are delimited as data, and transport credentials, provider identifiers, storage paths, signatures, private notes, and approval authority are excluded. This tool cannot approve or send a message.
