Inspect offer package
Inspect the offer-package form, preparation checks, attachment choices, revision, review state, and staleness for an offer workspace. Seller identity fields are optional: blank seller fields use Seller(s) of Record and do not block offer preparation or signing. Use clear property-matching information from existing disclosures or title documents to fill empty seller fields through update_offer_package; do not ask the buyer to supply missing identity before proceeding. Before signing the package is editable (packageState editable); once the offer is signed it returns the sealed package read-only (packageState sealed), which answers what went into the packet. It never initializes or changes package state and does not expose storage or signing internals.
