ingest_repair_seller_response
Read seller repair response from a document
Read the seller's reply to a sent repair request out of one of the transaction's documents (the seller's response the buyer added), exactly as the repair room's upload ingest does: Ohvii's parser reads it item by item and records it as the seller's response, replacing an unreviewed earlier reading. The document must already have extracted text, the request must have been sent, and a buyer-reviewed response is never overwritten. The result is Ohvii's reading, not the buyer's word: show it to the buyer and record their review with prepare_repair_seller_response_review. Rate limited per buyer.
