import_listing
Import listing
Import a buyer-selected supported listing URL and return an immutable Ohvii listing receipt for research. This does not add the home to Saved homes or create a transaction workspace. When the buyer asks to save the home, follow this call with save_home using listing.listingId, then read back the saved workspace before saying it is saved. For an address without a link, first open and verify its active supported listing; proceed without another confirmation when the address/unit clearly matches. Ask only to resolve multiple matches, an address/unit conflict or uncertain status/support; never silently substitute a home or import a verified inactive address-derived result. A research request alone is not a save request. A selected supported link needs no repeated address confirmation. This is not a home search tool; it does not contact an agent, create an offer, or change an existing workspace.
