Get transaction context

Read the buyer-visible transaction summary, canonical dates, tasks, and prioritized next actions for an active saved home or offer; an ended one (archived, lost, or rejected) reads as history with nothing left to do. It excludes message bodies, private notes, prompts, credentials, document storage paths, and navigation URLs.
