get_signing_evidence_download

Download signing evidence

Issue a short-lived download link for one sealed evidence artifact of a completed signing: executed (the sealed PDF), audit-pdf (the signing audit report), or audit-json (the machine-readable audit record). The link names one file, expires in minutes, and dies with the connection; fetch a fresh one rather than repeating an old one, and compare the file's SHA-256 with the returned value.
