get_buyer_visual_inspection_draft
Read visual inspection walkthrough
Read the buyer's walkthrough for their Buyer Visual Inspection Disclosure, starting one from the listing's rooms when none exists (exactly as the disclosure flow does): the date, time, weather, who else was present, the confirmed bedroom and bathroom counts and layout, and every room with its answer and observations. Use it to walk the buyer through the house room by room; complete tells you whether it can be signed. Once the disclosure is signed it returns the signed walkthrough read-only, with signedState awaiting_co_buyer, ready_to_send, or sent.
