finalize_transaction_document_upload

Finish document upload

Finish an upload started with create_transaction_document_upload once the bytes have been posted to its target. Ohvii verifies the stored file against the session's size and SHA-256, records the document on the transaction, and queues text extraction; the document then appears in list_transaction_documents. Refused if the bytes were never uploaded, do not match, or the session expired.
