Draft verification of property condition

Draft the buyer's Verification of Property Condition from their final walk-through, exactly as Ohvii's own assistant does. It is not a contingency and does not alter the seller's obligations; it records that the buyer verified the property's condition before closing. Set noIssues true when the buyer confirms nothing to note; when they noticed something, collect what they saw, restate the wording, and only after they confirm it pass their note as exceptions with noIssues false. Things the buyer confirmed that are not problems (the parking stall and locker as described, credited repair items left as agreed, who attended) go in notes, which print under their own heading and keep a clean walkthrough at No issues noted. exceptions and notes run up to 2,000 characters each, and wording that claims broker, agent, or attorney status, names Gmail, Outlook, or legal advice, promises an outcome, or speaks as the buyer is refused (a buyer's agent may be named only to say there is none). It writes the unsigned draft Ohvii's signing room opens through the returned ceremonyUrl; it signs nothing and sends nothing. Reuse mutationId only for an exact retry; a new mutationId replaces the unsigned draft. Only available while the transaction is in contract.
