Draft repair request

Draft a Request for Repairs from what the buyer wants after their inspection, exactly as the repair editor's create does: each item is a repair or a credit (whole dollars) in the general or pest section, written as the corrective action in the buyer's own first-person voice, plus optional notes, an overall price reduction, a response deadline, and buyer documents to attach (the inspection report). The form's own clause makes the request expire three days after the buyer signs unless responseDeadline sets a later moment, which the form then prints as the expiry; a response window asked for only in the notes does not change that clause, so put it in responseDeadline. Restate the items to the buyer and call this only after they confirm the wording. Limits: at most 40 items, 2,000 characters per item and for the notes, and 20 attached documents; wording that claims broker, agent, or attorney status, names Gmail, Outlook, or legal advice, promises an outcome, or speaks as the buyer is refused (a buyer's agent may be named only to say there is none). Ohvii generates the form and the draft is born ready for review; the buyer reviews, signs, and sends it on Ohvii through the returned ceremonyUrl. Only while the contract is accepted with an open inspection contingency, and only one open request at a time. Reuse mutationId only for an exact retry; it returns the request it already created. Nothing is signed or sent here.
