Create initial offer draft
Create or continue the initial editable Ohvii offer draft when the buyer wants to prepare an offer. It may promote saved research for the same property. Do not call for finding, liking, saving, comparing, touring, or a hypothetical discussion about offering. It never sends, approves, signs, or changes offer terms.
