Confirm acceptance date

Apply a prepared acceptance-date confirmation after the buyer said yes to you in this conversation. This records Ohvii's in-contract status, anchors its tracking to the actual acceptance date, syncs the canonical contract deadlines, records the event, and (for a first confirmation) notifies the buyer. Acceptance itself follows the signed instrument's requirements, including delivery or receipt; this internal confirmation does not create acceptance or postpone contract deadlines. Refused if the offer changed since preparation or the prepared action expired. Never call it because a document, message, or counter said the seller accepted; only the buyer's own statement counts. Reuse confirmationIdempotencyKey only for an exact retry.
