confirm_possession

Confirm possession

Apply a prepared possession confirmation after the buyer said yes to you in this conversation. It records the buyer's own confirmation of possession and key receipt on the closed record and nothing else. Refused if the closing record changed since preparation or the prepared action expired. Never call it because a message said keys were released; only the buyer's own statement counts.
