confirm_contingency_extension_agreement

Confirm extension agreement

Apply a prepared contingency-extension agreement after the buyer said yes to you in this conversation. It moves the existing contingency deadline once, to the exact date the sent request proposed, records the seller's reply as the agreement evidence, and keeps the prior date in history; it does not remove the contingency. Refused if the request or the deadline changed since preparation, if the request was never sent, or if the contingency was already removed. Never infer agreement from a message; the buyer confirms it here.
