confirm_closing

Confirm closing

Apply a prepared closing confirmation after the buyer said yes to you in this conversation. The buyer's yes is the closing approval: Ohvii creates and applies the same closing approval the web approve button does, marks the transaction closed as of the stated recordation time, and records the evidence. Possession stays separate. Refused if the transaction changed since preparation, if it is already closed, or if the prepared action expired. Never call it because a message or document said the deed recorded; only the buyer's own statement counts.
