apply_disclosure_finding_action

Act on a disclosure finding

Apply one of the review room's own follow-ups to a disclosure finding: create_task adds the buyer's checklist item bound to that finding (optionally with the buyer's own title), share_summary returns the finding's cited summary for the buyer to pass along, and repair_request opens the repair handoff so the repair-request editor on Ohvii starts from this finding's cited evidence (returns the URL to hand the buyer; the request itself is written, signed, and sent there). Only the newest package version's findings apply. To ask the listing agent about a finding, write the email with create_transaction_email_draft instead. It contacts nobody and sends nothing.
