Follow the connection guide for your AI app. If you need to change its permissions, reconnect from that app and review the access request. You can remove access at any time in Connected agents.

Email info@ohvii.com with the email address on your Ohvii account and a short description of what happened. Please do not email passwords, full Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or unredacted identity documents.

Account and privacy

Open Settings → Security & account to reset your password or permanently delete your account. Ohvii works in your browser on desktop and mobile.

Before you write

If your AI cannot find a home or offer, check that you connected the same account you use on Ohvii and granted the permissions it needs. For a connection error, include the name of your AI app and the error message when you contact support.
