Strangest thing! Someone told me to try dandruff shampoo to wash my face and voila! I see the dermatologist in January so hoping I can maintain flare ups till I get answers! :

I got a new anti-dandruff spray today and it said to brush out as much dandruff from my head as possible so I could properly apply it, this was the result. :
UPDATE: fungal acne! Thank you so much to everyone who helped me out on my recent post (see on profile). I followed the advice I received and purchased an anti dandruff shampoo

I got rid of my dandruff by using a Ketoconazole 2% Shampoo. It used to flake and go on my clothes and was visible through my hair. I use the Nizoral brand.
